Money Mindset Coach
About Me
I am Bijal Shah — an Inner Child Healing Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Therapist who helps individuals and organizations understand and transform the deep-rooted emotional patterns that shape their choices and therefore life, relationships, and work.

My Background
Certificates
I am formally trained and certified in multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Matrix Reimprinting, Timeline Therapy™, and Breakthrough Coaching.
Over the years, I have worked with clients, supporting them in moving beyond surface-level mindset work and addressing the root cause of recurring emotional and behavioral patterns.
Approach
My work is rooted in a simple but profound truth: many of the challenges adults face today — stress, burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, difficulty in relationships, or struggles with performance— are not personality flaws or mindset gaps. They are echoes of unresolved emotional experiences from early life. These experiences shape our subconscious beliefs, emotional responses, and coping mechanisms—quietly influencing how we think, behave, and relate to others, especially in high-pressure environments like the workplace.
My approach is non-judgmental, practical, and results-oriented. I listen not only to words, but to the emotions beneath them. I observe patterns that are easy to overlook, and I gently guide people toward breakthroughs that once seemed impossible.
At the heart of my work is a strong belief:
emotional pain is not something we have to carry for a lifetime.
Clients often describe the experience of working with me as both grounding and powerful. I create a space where people feel safe enough to explore what they’ve been holding onto—while also guiding them, with clarity and honesty, toward meaningful change.
Vision/Mission
My larger vision is to make emotional healing more accessible, practical, and impactful—so that individuals can move through life with greater ease, self-awareness, and inner stability.
I am on a mission to help people resolve deep emotional patterns with clarity and efficiency—creating meaningful change not over years, but in moments that truly matter.

I work with ambitious professionals—people who are driven, capable, and committed to growth, but find themselves held back by patterns they can’t always explain.
This includes:

Professionals who are doing well externally but feel internally overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck
-
Individuals who overthink, overwork, or struggle to switch off

People who find it hard to handle criticism, authority, or difficult conversations

Leaders who want to manage their teams better but feel triggered, reactive, or unsure in certain situations
-
High achievers dealing with fear of failure, self-doubt, or the pressure to constantly perform
-
professionals whose physical health challenges are beginning to impact their work and relationships
I also work with organizations that want to support their people more holistically—not just in terms of skills, but in terms of emotional and mental well-being that directly impacts how they show up at work.
What's in It for You
When you understand and resolve the patterns within you, everything outside begins to shift.
For you as an individual:
-
You feel calmer, more in control, and less emotionally triggered
-
You handle pressure, feedback, and challenges with greater ease
-
You experience more clarity in your decisions and relationships
-
Fear of failure and self-doubt begin to reduce
-
You stop overworking or overthinking just to feel “enough”
For organizations and teams:
-
Reduced burnout and emotional fatigue
-
More open, effective communication
-
Leaders who respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively
-
Stronger, healthier team dynamics
-
Employees who are not just productive—but emotionally resilient
This isn’t about temporary motivation. It’s about creating a deeper internal shift that naturally reflects in performance, relationships, and overall well-being.
